two K and a tri
Met my friend big Carl on Saturday morning for a cool water two 2k. TBL now at 14 degrees, so for the first time in a few months, I felt fresh. Even fresher than I had in the Lake District three weeks ago. Autumn is coming in.

Well done. It is a bit fresh now isn't it? They put the sauna on yesterday for the 104 which was good - certainly helped me warm through again.
