Well done. I've stayed indoors this past week and I'm not sure I'll get out again this year.
Alex- to get a long swim, I'm going to have to go to Crystal Palace. I usually go indoors for a few months a year, it's just the first week or so that's awful...the heat, the chlorine, the lack of bonhomie.
